Elizade JAC Motors has partnered with Lotus Bank to introduce a financing programme that will enable primary, secondary and tertiary institutions across Nigeria to acquire JAC Sunray 13-seater and 18-seater buses without making an initial down payment.
The initiative is designed to support schools seeking modern, reliable transportation by providing access to affordable financing, attractive profit rates, vehicle purchase discounts and flexible repayment options structured around monthly or academic term cycles.
Speaking on the partnership, the Head of Corporate Sales, Elizade JAC Autland Limited, Oluwaseun Ayanbadejo, said the programme addresses a major challenge faced by many educational institutions.
“Quality transportation is essential to the smooth operation of every school, yet the upfront cost of vehicle acquisition can be a significant hurdle. Through this partnership with Lotus Bank, schools can immediately access dependable transportation while spreading payments in a way that aligns with their cash flow and revenue cycles.”
The Senior Key Account Manager, Valentine Zorta, highlighted the programme’s value for school administrators.
“We engaged extensively with school owners and administrators to understand their operational realities. This solution was developed to give schools the opportunity to upgrade or expand their fleets without placing pressure on their working capital. It is a practical financing model that delivers immediate value while preserving financial flexibility.”
Also commenting on the initiative, the Senior Brand Manager, Elizade JAC Autoland Limited, Olumide Olaokun, said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to delivering customer-focused mobility solutions.
“At Elizade JAC Motors, we are committed to making vehicle ownership more accessible for institutions that play a critical role in national development. By combining the quality and reliability of the JAC Sunray with Lotus Bank’s innovative financing solutions, we are creating a compelling offering that will help more schools provide safe and comfortable transportation for students and staff.”
